Welcome to the Carnival of Healing, the 222nd edition!

I am thrilled to once again be hosting the Carnival of Healing! The Carnival is now monthly instead of weekly, which means I have many exciting articles to share with all of you! There were many entries this month and I couldn't include everyone, but here is the best of the best. Enjoy!

I'm kicking it off today with an article about Appreciation. We all know the value of living in a state of appreciation, right? Kathleen Gage at Daily Awareness has penned a great article on how to Leave Memories of Appreciation.

The next article is A Handbook of Awakening. This article by Kaushik Chokshi at Beyond Karma contains 36 key tips on awakening. Fun!

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by everything on your place or sometimes perhaps just not motivated? I know I do! Donald at Life Optimizer helps us get focused with his article on How to Get Things Done!

Following up with this concept is Steven Handel from The Emotion Machine with a great article on How To Think Less And Do More. This article is one of my favorites from this month and I highly recommend it!

And if that isn't enough to get you motivated and into action, then here's one more: WP Ho at The Conscious Life gives us the run-down on why it is so important that we keep learning! (I'm at my happiest when I'm learning something new- how about you?) Check out the article Why You Can't Afford To Stop Learning.

Daylle Deanna Schwartz from Lessons from a Recovering Doormat has your Law of Attraction post! This one covers the important concept of Knowing.

As more people begin to awaken Honesty takes more precedence- Jackie Powell touches upon how to overcome the fear that prevents us from being honest with ourselves and others. Check out her article, Honest Fear.

Moving right along, the next article I'm sharing with all of you is about the Successful Processing of Anxiety. Whether you are experiencing anxiety yourself or you have someone in your life who is dealing with it, this article gives several tools and tips on processing anxiety.

Maybe you don't have anxiety but rather you have the doubting voices in your head that never shut up! Emily Simmons at Prosper and Be In Health gives a great technique on Quieting The Voices!

Segueing us into the Health portion of the Carnival is Rosanna Rogacion's article RX for Aging- Meditation. Hop over to the Meandering Paths to Spirituality and Wellness blog to read about the anti-aging benefits of meditation!

Was losing weight one of your New Year's Intentions? Let Anmol Mehta of the Free Online Yoga Center help you with the Best Yoga Poses for Weight Loss. This blog post is complete with pictures and videos so you can follow along.

That's it for this month! I hope you enjoyed this Carnival of Healing. Don't forget to check out last month's Carnival, which was hosted directly by About.com, and please don't forget to visit the Blog Carnival in March where Gina Loree' Marks of Grace in Gravity will be hosting.

As always, you can check out the Carnival of Healing Archive to see past editions.

Have a fabulous month, everyone! This is the month of love, so practice random acts of love and kindess!
