Welcome to the Carnival of Healing, v.244!

Welcome to the 244th edition of the Carnival of Healing! “Healing” can mean physical, mental, or spiritual…I tend to lean more towards the mental and spiritual healing because I believe most physical illness comes from stress and rifts with Spirit. That said, once we are sick we need physical healing, too, so I’ve included a little of everything this time around. One of the main ways we end up in painful cycles is when we give our power away and don’t take responsibility for our lives (which we create through our choices, right!). Socratez Online
covers this important topic in depth.
Do you know what fuels your fire? What are your divine passions? How can we really be fulfilled if we don’t have passion? Erin Pavlina helps us
find and ignite our passion!
Are you practicing compassion? The more I practice compassion the more I feel centered in love and the more whole I feel. Personal Hack gives a
quick overview on the beauty of compassion.
If you are wondering
What is Reiki?
then you must hop over to Lifencompass. Scott has a detailed and well-written article on this type of energy work. I know many people who have found reiki to assist them in all different types of healing. If you have been curious but unsure then this is the article for you!
Are you a meditator? Then The Conscious Life has a
healing mantra for you!
Maybe you’re ready to simplify your life, and allow joy and just being to take center stage? All about living with life has
10 ways to live more simply and be more free.
Maybe there are deeper, karmic circumstances at play- what lies in your family history that can give you insight into your current “story”? Laura Grace Weldon gives her first-hand account of how
family history ties into our current experiences.
That's about it for the spiritual and mental side, but to wrap things up here are two healthy and natural soups to keep us vibrantly healthy this winter! All I can say about this healing recipe is “Yum!”. I can’t wait to try this
Shiitake soup by Anti-oxidant buzz
(except probably no noodles for me but maybe some protein instead!). Finally, this
kale and bean soup
from This American Bite sounds super good and great for a cold fall day. That's all for this edition of Carnival of Healing! Thanks to
Shamanic Living
for hosting last month's edition. Also, please by sure to stop by next month for the 245th edition, which will be hosted by Rosanna C. Rogacion at
Heal Now, Love Now.
You can also always check the
Carnival of Healing Archives.
Have a great December everyone, and remember to be in Joy!
