Turn inward during times of chaos.

As things get more chaotic in the world it is becoming increasingly important to turn inward and focus on joy, love and abundance. Focusing your energy out into the world is fine if you can keep your attention on all the love and joy in the world. If you find yourself reading the news and focusing on chaos and upheaval then turn inward, because it’s important that you consciously create a reality filled with love and peace.

Keeping your focus on love and joy will help you stay centered and to create the most positive, light-filled future possible. What you focus on today dictates your future. Take time every day to connect with the Earth. Focus on joy. Focus on Love. Focus on Abundance. It is there and you can have a future filled with peace and joy. Create it today!

This NOW moment is your point of power, and the point in which you are always creating your reality.

Try these actions to stay relaxed and centered today:

• Take a few cleansing, calming deep breaths
• Focus on something you like that is right in front of you (butterfly, flowers, candle, a nice car, whatever!)
• Take time to gently stretch your body, go for a walk, or really work up a sweat!
• Pray
• Spend a minute or two enjoying nature or playing with a pet
• Read an inspiring book or visit this website or other inspirational site!
• Get still and feel your connection to your Higher Source. Feel the energy of that connection course through your body. It's a nice feeling. The more you do it, the stronger it gets!
