Intention of the week- create a life of joy and abundance!
The Intention of The Week is... Laugh it off! This week’s intention is to laugh it off! Find the humor in all of the craziness! Things can be nuts right now, and what else can you do? Sure, you could worry, be angry and complain about everything, or you could just laugh about it and move on! Laughing raises your vibration while complaining, worrying and freaking out do not raise your vibration. So would you rather feel good and go with the flow of life or be stagnant and resist? You always get to choose! If you can’t bring yourself to laugh about something (I suppose not all things are humorous) then at least breathe, get centered, and ask to be shown the higher purpose. There is always a higher purpose and meaning to something. Which sounds more enlightened…”why me?” or “what is the purpose?”. (It’s the second one!) “Why me” or “why do these things always happen to me?” have a victim-based mindset and they are not powerful questions. This line of questioning strips you of your power because you are asking the Universe why things are happening to you…and you are missing the bigger picture, which is that everything happens for you, not to you! Asking “what is the purpose?” is in alignment with the knowledge that you know the Universe is working for you, and you are just asking for clarification. Once you can align with the fact that everything has a higher purpose it becomes much easier to laugh about it all. And yes, it’s often difficult to find out what the purpose is…I mean, why does my cat eat my houseplants sometimes and then puke them up and then get in the trash? It’s not to make me miserable…I never play the victim. Maybe it’s to encourage me to get up earlier in the morning so that I have more time for my passions, or maybe it’s to remind me to have a healthy sense of adventure, and not to lose my “inner kitten” (My cat is 15 years old, by the way- she’s still in touch with her inner kitten!). But see how I play around with it? I see the humor and I use it! This week, stop taking yourself so seriously! Practice being able to laugh at yourself- it’s a practice in self-love and confidence, and you’ll just feel better.
Breathing in, I inhale peace and love.
Breathing out, I exhale negativity.
I am present in this moment, and in this moment, all is well.
Want more fun? See this week's
intention.
