Manifest Your Desires - Align your vibration with your dreams!
To
manifest your desires
you must align your vibration with your goal. This can be through visualization,
acting as if,
getting into the feeling of having what you want, and releasing your limiting beliefs. To align your vibration you need to
expect the best
and trust that you will receive what you want, as long as it is for your higher good. Begin step one of aligning with your goal by spending 15 uninterrupted minutes visualizing what you want. Start by taking several deep, calming breaths, and if you need to get centered spend a few minutes focusing on what you appreciate in your life. Next, visualize yourself receiving whatever is it that you are desiring. Really feel the excitement of receiving what you want, and see it clearly in your mind's eye. Imagine it so clearly and deeply that you really feel as if you have it! Practice this visualization for 5-15 minutes (no more than once a day- you still need to be taking action!) to align with what you want and manifest your desires. Let it get you into the feeling of having what you want. One of the reasons visualization works is because you feel what it is like to have what you want and you begin to focus on having your desires instead of focusing on your lack. If you find yourself feeling less than hopeful then go back to visualizing. Feel good and have fun with this! Another fun way to align with your vibration with your desires is by using the
acting as if process.
It has a similar effect as visualizing and it leads you to take inspired action, which is part of Step 7 of manifesting your dreams. I see clearly in my mind's eye the joy, excitement, and fulfillment that I feel from manifesting my dreams and living in my higher purpose. Continue to align your vibration by releasing fears and limiting beliefs!
