Practice Joyful Living and Have Fun!

Begin today to practice joyful living. What do you love to do? What brings you joy? Can you commit to doing something fun and joyful every day? I make joyful activities a priority- I consider them my "higher purpose" activities and they are the most important things I do every day. They include meditation, yoga, playing with my dog, dancing, and being in nature. I also enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning, incense and flowers. If you want a more joyful life you must choose to live that way. Choose to have more fun. Choose to slow down and enjoy life's gifts. Notice the birds and squirrels, and the beauty of the sky. Notice the breeze on your skin. Find joy and beauty in every moment and appreciate it- the
law of attraction
will be working for you and bring you more joy in even bigger ways! Another way to practice living with joy is to do something completely new, such as traveling to a new location, trying a new restaurant, taking up a new hobby, or taking a trapeze class (I've done this- it's awesome)! Do something new and exciting that awakens your senses and helps you stay present in the moment.
Take these steps to begin practicing more joyful living: Do your higher purpose activities firstSchedule in a fun activity that you enjoy 3-4 times a week.Do something new once a week.Practice finding joy in even the most mundane tasks.Every hour (or as often as you think of it) stop and find something joyful, wherever you are.Every morning or evening write down all the wonderful joy you experienced and give thanks!I practice joyful living every day. I focus on what I love and I intend to have fun! I know that I am my own source of fun and joy in life- I look for joy everywhere I go and make having fun a priority. It's a beautiful day!
