The Prosperity Practice - Exercise of the Week:

Stop worrying about money!

This week’s practice is not worry, complain, or think negatively about money- at all.

If you desire to shift your financial situation, then you must shift your way of thinking. Often times we are negative about money and don’t even realize it, so it is imperative that you listen to yourself with awareness. How do you feel when you think about money? If you don’t feel good about money then you are holding yourself away from it- negativity attracts negativity. If you remain aware of how you feel around money and what you are thinking, then you can gently shift to a more positive place.

It is easy to shift to a positive place with practice, but many of us don’t bother paying attention to our thoughts long enough to make a true shift. I challenge you this week to pay attention and make a change in your life! (It will take longer than one week, sorry to say, but fortunately for you this website is always here to help you remember!)

If you find yourself in a state of negativity around money, you can choose to remain negative, or choose to move to the positive. In other words, you can attract negative financial situations and be an energetic drain on everyone around you, or you can shift to the positive and be a ray of shining light for the whole world to see. Which option is more attractive? Are you willing to go there this week?

Remember how blessed you are. Acknowledge that we are all loved and taken care of in this Universe. We always have what we need. This week, stop the worry. Let it go, and trust the Universe.

For this one week, do not worry about money. If you can, don’t even think about it, other than to celebrate the heck out of it when it comes into your life! Affirm that you are abundant and receive money easily. Let it go, and relax!
