Raise your vibration and use the Law of Attraction to create a joyous and abundant life! Start by taking stock of how you are feeling right now: Are you excited about the week ahead? Dreading the week? Are you feeling joy and gratitude, or loathing and pessimism? Let’s start the week off with optimism and joy. Life is truly wonderful when you open up to it! We can get in a rut where we focus on where we are now and the negativity we see around us, but that only puts us in alignment with the things we don’t want. Take the time this morning to focus on what you do want, and take yourself to a higher place where you can see the beauty of life all around you.
Take 5-10 minutes and write down (or think it, if that works better for you) everything you are grateful for. Just go with it- don’t think or edit, and keep your pen moving!
Use this process whenever you are feeling low and not in alignment with your higher self. Getting into a feeling of appreciation is the fastest way to raise your energy to a higher level. You are now attracting to you what you are desiring by focusing on all th at you have. What you focus on expands! Remember that there are really only two ranges of emotions- good and bad. When you feel good you are open to receiving the synchronicities and gifts the Universe is lining up for you. When you feel bad or stressed you are not in alignment with your dreams; instead, you are creating more of the situations that are stressing you!
